The
American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) has a new desktop program called ASCE Research Library NOW!
Users can
have access through their computer desktops to a digital library which delivers
search results from over 500,000 pages of civil engineering content --
including 31 ASCE journals, more than 170 conference proceedings, and new
editions of the Civil Engineering magazine, and streams of ASCE video and podcasts.
This
PC based software is free and does not require an ASCE membership. A brief
registration is required for the download and access to the internet is needed
to use the software.
