It looks like you are using Linux, and that you installed (probably) the
tetex package which isn't compatible with your distribution. What distribution
are you using (Redhat, Mandrake, Debian, etc.)? Which version? What does
ls /lib/libm*
show you?
You probably need to get a tetex compiled for the same distribution and
version you have. Or just upgrade your distribution to the newest version,
and get new and working versions of everything, including tetex.
