Due to the joint efforts between IEEE and the University,

we identified the abuser, all downloaded data was removed and strict measures are being taken against him.

The library signed a new agreement with IEEE and the access is fine now.

TAU users are expected to respect the IEEE terms and conditions see : http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/lpdocs/epic03/terms.htm as well as terms of other publishers.

Any additional violation or misuse will lead to a final blocking of access for the entire university.
