Shalom,
The Ovid new version enables us direct links to the Aleph Web catalog.
This option allows you to check holdings information for journals and
some of the series (it is not available for other types of materials
like proceedings and technical reports).
On the Titles Display Page - you will see on the right "WebLink"
remark.
A click on it will link you to the ALEPH Web Catalog**.
If the journal is available it will be linked directly to holding screen
information,
including a remark about e-version, if not you will receive an error
message .
**Please note: each database is linked to the most suitable Web Catalog
e.g.
INSPEC & COMPENDEX are linked to Exact Science & Engineering
Library
Medline, Agricola (and more biomedical databases) to Life Sciences &
Medicine Library catalog
Some of the databases like NTIS have no WebLinks at all

JOURNALS" page - http://www.tau.ac.il/scilib/newjo.html
most of the journals are from ASME and Blackwell Publishers (in
statistics,
computer science & more).
You can also find on this page updated information from the periodicals
department : new journals ordered, changes in titles and more.
